Jalepeno Deviled Eggs
This deviled egg recipe adds just the right amount of heat for a subtle yet flavorful punch.
  • 6 Large Eggs, hardboiled, peeled, and sliced in half length-wise
  • ¼ C Mayo
  • C Celery, finely chopped
  • C Sweet Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp. Pickled Jalepeno, finely chopped
  • ½ tsp. Yellow Mustard
  • tsp. Curry Powder
  • tsp. Pepper
  • Salt to taste
  1. Remove yolk from centers of eggs whites and place in bowl
  2. Using a fork, break up the yolks. Mix in celery, sweet onion and jalepenos
  3. In another bowl, blend together mayo, mustard, curry powder, salt + pepper
  4. Add mayo mixture to egg yolks and stir to blend
  5. To each egg white, add 1T yolk mixture
  6. Top with paprika and additional jalepenos (optional)
